Open a new Ticket

  1. Please enter your lastname and our booking reference as ticket subject.Example: Lastname D1234
  2. Please open only one ticket per case. You can add multiple attachments or replys to the same ticket.
  3. Please read our instructions below this form.


Normally we answer within 24h (Monday-Friday). Please read our Corona Update – Post.

Our ticket system will automatically send an email to you when a new answer is received. Unfortunately these emails sometimes end up in your spam folder. To prevent this you can add supp[email protected] to your contacts. Alternatively you can manually open your ticket and look for a reply.

If you have not received an answer from us / the citizen’s office within 2 months after your request has been processed by us, please contact us immediately.

Security and data protection is very important to us. Here you can export or delete your ticket-data. Please download all important documents before you close your ticket / delete your data. Deleted data / tickets CANNOT be recovered!

  • We delete all data from tickets automatically after one year.
  • We automatically close tickets 6 weeks after we have completed your case or after the last response. You can close your ticket at any time.
